Refund Eligibility
You are entitled to a full refund for your eSIM purchase if:
- The eSIM has not been installed or activated on any device.
- The data plan associated with the eSIM has 0% usage.
- A technical error prevents the delivery of the eSIM QR code.
Technical Issues
If you experience network issues while traveling, our support team is available 24/7. Refunds are granted if our technical team confirms the issue is service-related and cannot be resolved through troubleshooting.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds cannot be issued in the following scenarios:
- The eSIM has already been activated and data usage has begun.
- Your device is not compatible (please check our Compatibility Hub first).
- The request is made after the 30-day purchase window has expired.
